Sean Paul Revisits His History & The Roots Of “Reggae Dancehall” In Chat About New Album ‘Scorcha’

Since 2008, Siobhan Dixon has worked professionally as a Journalist, Editor, and Writer in print and online publishing, communications, and marketing in New York City with several years in management and leadership roles.

She's worked for top-industry outlets including E! Online, VIBE, and The Daily Express US; in addition to nationally distributed print magazines Black Enterprise, Latina, and Black Renaissance Noire.

Her proficiency in various types of writing including news, features, op-eds, reactive commentary, lists, enterprise stories, reviews, copywriting, blogs, and social media content showcases her journalistic talents and distinctive narrative voice.

Siobhan's writing has appeared in various publications, including The Daily Express US, E! Online, VIBE, ELLE Canada, Black Enterprise, InClub MagazineThe U.S. Sun, and marketing materials for public relations agencies and financial firms.

Born in Toronto, she holds a B.A. Honors in Journalism and English from the University of Toronto and an Ontario College Advanced Diploma in Print Journalism from Centennial College. She moved to NYC to pursue an M.A. in Africana Studies at New York University and now resides in Brooklyn.
